You can enjoy 4 hours free parking when you spend £35* or more outlet shopping at The O2.

We have over 2,000 spaces available in Car Parks 2, 3 or 4.

To claim your free parking simply take your parking ticket and receipts to the Welcome Desk, which is at the main entrance on your departure.

Bag Drop

Heading in to The O2 arena for a show?

We'll look after your outlet shopping bags for free while you sing and dance the night away.

Find our bag drop service at Guest Services, just behind the golden staircase as you approach The O2 arena and we'll take care of the rest.

Shopmobility

We have a range of specialist facilities and services at The O2 to help you navigate your way around with ease and comfort.

In order to hire a wheelchair, customers will be required to present 2 forms of ID. One to be a photo ID and one to be a recent utility bill/bank statement showing your current address.

Wheelchairs and scooters are limited and will be hired out on a first come first served.

Currency Exchange

Do you need to exchange your foreign currency banknotes into Pounds?

Alternatively, do you need to purchase travel cash for your upcoming holiday?

Find the Automated Currency Machine offering competitive exchange rates and convenience. The machine is located inside the main entrance, behind the Golden Staircase near Guest Services.

Important to note:

Please bring your ID to validate your transaction.
This service is cash-to-cash only, so debit and credit cards are not accepted. However, if you need Pounds to purchase foreign currency, there is an ATM located under the Golden Staircase for your convenience.

Kiddy Cars

A fun way to keep the kids entertained as you shop up to 70% off RRP on your favourite brands.

Choose a car from our selection of custom blue, pink and gold models, located on the upper level between Sunglass Hut and Mint Cafe.

Kiddy Cars are priced at £8 a day.

All bookings are made via the Kiddy Cars app and each hire requires a £30 deposit which will be paid back to you once the hire period has ended.

It’s easy to book a car, simply download the ‘Kiddy Cars’ app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Kiddy Cars are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. Children must be over 12 months old to ride and no taller than 120cm for our cars. For safety reasons, an adult must always accompany the child.
